Social Entrepreneurial, Market Orientation, and Learning Orientation: Evidence from Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Kenya

This paper aimed to examine the effect of Social Entrepreneurial, Market Orientation, and Learning Orientation among small medium-sized enterprises in Kenya. A survey research design approach was adopted. The study population consisted all licensed Nairobi County, However, out total 10,924 (SMEs), a sample 386 selected based on Yamane (1967) procedure. data were collected with aid self-administered questionnaire analyzed through descriptive inferential statistics. hypotheses tested entry regression analysis technique. Evidence obtained from confirmed moderating market orientation relationship between social entrepreneurial behavior learning (p = .001, b -.4574, t(296) -4.0766, p < .01). had limitations. First, focused only aspects linking it orientation. SE dimensions such as Entrepreneurial virtue Judgment capacity may be studied future. Second, concentrated economy Kenya, which is developing country; thus, result vary other economies. Based findings, recommends that should develop enhance overall performance. Thus, contributes inconclusive debate (SE), orientation, nexus strategic organizational resources.
